Knowledge Base Problems
Recently we have started getting time-outs when trying to access the Knowledge Base. I have restarted the services and website in IIS. Still no luck. I am logged into the server directly and get an Error using helpdesk, Request Timed Out waitin on the Knowledge Base Settings to attempt to load.
We currently only have a few items in the knowledge base, we just recently started testing this feature.
Has anyone experienced these problems?

Specs
What kind of server are you running, i.e. memory, hard drive, etc. How many workers are in the system? I assume the KB has already been configured and has worked at one time?
Also, does anything else show up in the logs when it fails?
