Knowledge Base Subscription Renewal
Created: 23 Sep 2012 | 8 comments
For the last two weeks I have been receiving emails asking me to renew my alert subscriptions. I follow the link from the email to the alert subscription page, then I click on the Renew link next to the alert subscription that I want to renew, but nothing really happens from there. The next day I get another email notifying me of my expiring subscription. Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to do something other than click on the Renew link?

I experience the same thing - except when I click the link in the email and log in, I get the message "You currently do not have any subscriptions.".
I've received 10 of these mails within the last 2 weeks, so it's starting to get a little annoying.
Same here - unable to renew subscriptions.
I have tried Google Chrome as well as Internet Explorer.
New subscriptions are working fine - seems we will have to allow subscribtions to expire and re-subscribe!!

This is a known issue that is scheduled to be fixed in an upcoming maintenance release of our knowledge management system tentatively scheduled for early December.

Marianne,
My apologies. The release was rescheduled for this evening due to conflicting changes. The change should be in place by Noon Eastern tomorrow.
