This person that i know is trying to send me an email but i never receive it. When i run a report on the email address i am seeing the email address as spam. What is causing this? and how do i resolve this?

If you are having trouble with false positives you can submit them to Symantec per the document below. If it is still causing an issue you can also try to put the user on your allow list to keep them from getting flagged as spam.
