bonjour;

 la commande (smc.exe -stop) afin d'arrêter le services Symantec (12.1.671.4971); ne s'exécute pas sur les machines Windows  7 64 bits. je n'arrive pas a lancer les (. exe).

prièrre nous aider

aucun message d'erreur ne s'affiche , quand on tape la commande y'a aucune action

run -> smc -stop

There won't be. The yellow shield will just disappear which indicates it was successful.

Start - Run

Smc -stop ( Yellow sheild will disappear from the taskbar)

if not, reboot the desktop and try

Try this,

Do a reboot/ And check,... if not,

Open CMD as Admin...

navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection

then run smc -stop

Uninstall Symantec Endpoint Protection

Why can you not install it? What error is given? Have you tried cleanwipe?
