  • 1.  Lansweeper being blocked even though it's an exception

    I am testing out Lansweeper.  However, SEP for Mac the latest version is blocking the scan.  I have the server listed as an excluded host under intrusion prevention but it's still getting blocked.  How do I get around this?

    Did the client pick up the policy change? What you did sounds right in terms of the exception

    I manually updated the policy on both ends, from the mac as well as from SEPM.

    Yes, everthing is up to date on SEPM and SEP on Mac

    Server: 12.1.5337.5000

    Mac: 12.1.5337.5000
