    Hi,

We are using AV+AS/NTP/PTP on windows xp laptop having 2Gb RAM with SP2.

When we try to connect the laptop via local lan, it automatically get the IP Address from our DHCP server.

Further if we try to connect the same via Wi-Fi, it gets hangup on Acquiring the IP Address.

    Pls help.

Can you try to disable Network Threat Protection first then try to reconnect to your wifi to isolate the issue?

    HI Paul,

we have checked the same.. When we disable NTp, it works fine. BUt as soon we enable NTP, its loosess communication.

Also we have allowed all ports TCP/UDP in SEP firewall policy.

What is the version of SEP you are using?
There were problems with EAPOL with versions < MR3

Can you verify that the port 67 TCP/UDP are open?

Please also allow the NetworkService DHCP Server be trusted.
