  • 1.  Laptop is not working after DLP agent installation has been created

    Hi Team,

    Whenever we are installing DLP agent 11.6 in new Laptop dell latitude e7440, it is getting hang and it is not working properly and it is happing with all the laptop, before DLP agent installation is working good but after DLP agent installation it is not working any more.

    Please help us as it impacting our business

    the last time it worked was it using same DLP agent version on the same hardware?

    This is new laptops which our organization has purchased.Laptop name is Laptop dell latitude e7440.

    Laptop is having windows 7 64 bit.

    Hi,

    i checked the system error logs and found below error:

    WDP service is marked as interactive services, however the system is configured  to not allow interactive service, this service may not function properly.

    We have already raised Service ticket 3 days ago but we did not get any update yet

    I have the same issue with about 60 machines and agents from 11.6 to 12.0.1

    I have opened a case and spent 3 months with support team, but there's no result. My case was closed for formal reasons and the only way I see - is wait for 12.5.

    Do you have AV exclusions in place? Often when WDP does not run, it is due to AV killing the service.
