Need some advise please.  We have 4 Sepm in the uk, with MS SQL back end, working fine.  New site in Indian is comming online and I need to build 4 more spem again with SQL backend.  Links are very average between two countries.

I want to be able to manage all the policies from the UK only and have UK copy back to India.  I dont want to repliate database across the wan as I can run local reports from Inida if need it.  So I am looking for a single console view that show me the entire estate and be able to manage policies and move cleints if need be. How do i go about this?

Also, if India SEPMs fail, I dont want then to come across network to UK SEPM.
