We have 2 client pcs that are generating alot of traffic with our endpoint server, so much so that they are the 2 highest "talkers" on our network, I cant place my finger on the cause, any ideas, thoughts? thanks.

Are the updating? What port is this over? Perhaps definitions are corrupt and they continuously try to update.

Looks like one of them is updating, the other is not... r21...lol I'm going to try a re-install on the outdated one and see if that makes a difference however still does not explain the other client.

After re-install on the problem pc endpoint was able to update, will continue to monitor traffic and see if it resolves this issue.

I see this happen all the time on clients whose defs are corrupt. It constantly tries to download updates over and over. You can try a reinstall or look at this:

You can try either reinstall or clean up the corrupted definitions. None of these two clients is a GUP by any way? How much traffic did you observed on those client being used for downloads?
