  • 1.  Last StatSig Filter Update - more then 24H ago

    Posted May 01, 2010 03:03 PM
    Hello,

    recently upgraded to SBMF 6.2

Everything worked well for one day, but now I got this red alert.
It appears for all the scanners involved : cunduit alerting about the StatSig update date to old.

all other items were updated few minutes ago except for StatSig.
Is that normal and will be updated in the future or should it be also updated within the last minutes?

what should I check or how do I fix that issue?

    Thanks !

    me2unix,

The rulesets you are talking about do not update on the same time table as the rest.  There was a confirmed update today, did your rules update?  I was specifically told that it is not uncommon for the rules to update every other day.

    Thanks,
    John

    Hi there,

Get same issue: upgraded to 6.2 and now get alert that Statsig is older than 1 days.  (Last StatSig Filter Update:  May 4, 2010 9:32:14 PM)

-Is this the last update? How often this occurs?
-Do I have to modify notification parameters?
    -Can I update manually?

    Thanks.

All other filters are updating.  The lone exception is the Statsig filter.  It is two days behind in updates.  This started occurring after updating to 6.2.

I have the same questions.  Can this be updated manually?

    Hi,

statsig filters are new to SBMF 6.2 and they cannot be updated manually. Could you please open a case with Technical Support about this?

    Thanks,

    Federico
