What is the latest  version of Symantec now?

Currently SEPM 12.1.2 are running.

Symantec will be released new version 12.1.2 mp1

You may want to wait for 12.1 RU2 MP1 which should be due out within the next week.

It was supposed to be releasing in End of March / April Beginning. 

It would come out when its ready  -- no confirmed date as of yet.

However, I am sure it would out soon.

Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 Release Update 2 Maintenance Patch 1 (SEP 12.1 RU2 MP1) is in the process of being made available now.  I understand that it should be available for general download early next week. 

There will also be a Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 Release Update 3 which will follow within a  couple months.
