Hi Team,
User is facing issue for PGP encryption started, it will enroll with PGP server.once enter intranet id & password.it's freeze and again ask for credentials.
Due to that unable to start PGP encryption.
Check the logs of the Universal Server to see if its authenticating via that. Can it work if you log on that machine as another user and attempt encryption?

This looks like a communication issue. For some reason, enrollment gets timed out.
Is the user behind a VPN? Is the internet connection slow? Can he ping the UN?
