    Hi Guys,

    Is possible to force a sync between SMG 10.5 and LDAP..? How can i do it..?

    When you say "did not work", at what point does it fail? If you do a LDAP Server login test, what happens?

    The email account that was added this morning to the Active Directory NOT receive mail. Synchronization responds ok.

    Can the account receive mail internally? How about the recipient validation test?

    You can cache LDAP (sync) by going to the Administration tab, Settings section, Directory Integration. Verify that your Directory Data Source has a green check under Enabled. Then click the Preload Cache button.
