It's not there.  Legacy Software Deliveries (in our environment, at least) under "Policy Rules/Actions" have "Download and execute options" and "Program options" but no "Results-based actions.

It turns out you can view the "terminate after" value by right-clicking the Legacy Software Delivery and selecting "View as XML." In the resulting XML there is a <terminateAfter> tag.
