Let users manually install patches or defer patches

Hello guys,
Is it possible to let user defer patch installations? Or let them manually install patches?
It is very important to us. Thanks for you help!

You are limited on the install options. You could enable notifications x number of hours before the install happens. If the Agent Icon was available, the user could initiate the software update process after they are notified.
You have a little more flexibility in the reboot notifications if you are automatically rebooting after the patch cycle.
