I am getting the above msg when I run a scan. How do I get rid of the Trojan Gen 2 on a Mac??
SEP is just highlighting it does not give me the option to repair it or delete it. When I hit "learn more" all I get is the spinning wheel. Would appreciate any advice.

I'm not an IT person...I'm a DOD employee and they provide Symantec to their employees as we do work from home. Thus my inexperience with this type of thing.
Is it giving an error when trying to delete the file? It should be no different than deleting any other file.
no error, it just won't delete it. Nothing happens when I hit delete.
When I try to delete, it says Delete Files Error Some Files could not be deleted.
My "Auto-Repair" is disabled. How do I enable it?
