I have purchased a new HP laptopn thru my company's distributor and it included Symantec AntiVirus 1 User 1 Year Subscription Licence HP. The PC came with Internet Security installed. I also got a CD labelled AntiVirus Corporate Edition Version 10.0.  When I try to configure Internet Security, I get a screen asking for a Product Key. I then created new account on Symantec site and went thru process to register the product. I then downloaded the .slf file - the Get Software option did not allow me to downlaod anything. How fo I use the .slf file? The Internet Security dialog gives me no option to proess this .slf file.

When I try to install from the CD, I keep getting error that this version is incompatible with Vista and gives me a link - but could not see how I upgrade etc.

I have tried Support but keep getting bounced from Home User to Business User but making no progress. Can someone else please

    Thanks

    Hi LAL:

My personal suggestion would just be to completely uinstall Norton Internet Security.

Vista and XP both include a firewall which works very well.

Since your PC apparently included Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition, I would just install that for virus protection.  Windows will take care of the security side with its on firewall.  The Corporate Edition will have to be 10.2 to install under Vista.

    Good luck!
    Drew
