    Hi,

    We are running SEPM 12.1 RU4a on Windows Server 2012 R2 and we have an issue with the licence status reporting. We have 1860 licences installed (a number of different slf licence files under Admin > Licences) however the Home page licence status says "Attention Required" and shows seats used at 1805 and total purchase of 1626. It is therefore showing that we are over deployed by 179 however the licence count is incorrect by 234. With these we should have 55 spare licences and therefore no attention required.

    All installed licenses are valid and in date.

    Does anyone have any ideas?

    Have you configure sep client delete automatic

    1. Open the SEPM Console
    2. Select Admin on the left
    3. Browse to Domains at the bottom
    4. Right-click on the domain and select Edit Domain Properties

    How to configure the number of days after which inactive clients will be deleted from the SEPM database on SEPM 12.1 RU1

    Hi thanks for quick response, this is already set to 30 days.

    The issue is not that we are over subscribed because of this though it is that the report is not showing the number of licences installed.

    The home screen shows total purchased as 1626 however if you add up all the installed slf file licence numbers we have 1860.

    We have n't seen that issue i suggest you can decrease some days and check if issue not resolved you can contact to symantec support

    Did this just happen? Can you remove the license and add it again.

    Was a different slf filer ecently added?
