unmanage client does report to Symantec endpoint management console so that client not count in license.

To enable the submission of reputation data from an unmanaged client, you must install a paid license on the client.

If license file is installed then you can open .slf file to check the license status.

If license file is not installed then it would be against compliance.

If i purchase symantec endpoint small business edition for 3 users then for how many PC i can install unmanged client?

• Never Expiring License
• Paid License

If you have purchased 3 license you can use only three system.
