  • 1.  License for brighmail don't appear on .sfl file

    Hello!

    I have a client that renovate her license of multitier but and install the brightmail 7.xxx but the .slf don't work, and when we open the .slf file on notepad windows we saw that the brightmail license don't be there, if some one the form to active or get a new .sfl please help.

    Hi,

    Do you mean the .slf file is blank when you open it in notepad? You can request a new .slf license file from the Symantec Licensing Portal, however you would need the serial number which is contained in the license file.

    You may alternatively like to contact customer care by telephone - again the number is available from the link supplied.
