from license status view, my count is 0.
from my NS 7 console\all settings\service desk\, i got 1 license available
from Symantec installation manager, i got 2 entries of Symantec Service Desk (exactly the same name), after I install the SD license, one of the entry become valid, while another entry, still in red and say the no license is available.
any idea on this situation?
I tried to uninstall SD solution from my NS7, and all of the entry on the SIM license page regarding SD are gone, however, after I re-install the SD 7 solution, 2 entries of service desk appear under SIM license page.
