  • 1.  License SN not updating correctly

    Hi

     

    When I load the new serial numbers the Manager is associating the 4 license numbers with each other and not adding the licenses to our tally. This has been a bug for the last three years. Can someone help with workaround for this BAD programing BUG (Is the team writing this module drunk)?

    For anyone with the same problem here is the workaround. Brought to you by alot of struggeling with Symantec.

    Steps:

    1 Load all licenses

    2 If you have license numbers not appearing in the list click "Recover a deleted license"

    3 Tick the licenses that should actually be active and then click recover
