Licenses Expired

This issue has been solved. See solution.

My licenses have expired and I have yet to receive the new licenses, so on my dashboard I see the following:

Spam definitions: Spam filtering not enabled
  Spim definitions: IM filtering not enabled
Virus definitions: Virus filtering not enabled

Does it really mean the components have been disabled and antispam doesn't work anymore?
And if it is disabled, is there a temp license I can use while waiting for my new licenses to arrive?

I think you can get in tough

I think you can get in tough with the Symantec Licensing team and get your license that can be installed.

You might have a grace period

You might have a grace period for the Antivirus, we may still be scanning for viruses, but we will stop scanning for spam.

You can call customer service and get a 30-day temporary license. Here is their contact page:
