    Is there a way to install a license file using a cmd line? (I do not mean silent install)

    Never heard of a way to do that. Why do you need to be able to do that?

    I'm upgrading from 6.5 to 6.9 using a script with silent install.
    Then I want to install the 3 hotfixes, in the same script, but I have to re-apply the license file.

    That makes sense. Can't think of a way to script applying the license.

    A while back i needed to do the same thing, had to upgrade about 200 servers and installing the hotfixes. What i did was to license the express.exe which i used as a source and then just copy this one over the fresh install.
