When I try to update my license for Norton Ghost 2.5. I recieve an error stating "the license file is not correctly formated. (0x80000010). The license file is .slf.
The software was upgraded from Norton Gost Enterprise 8.2.
Moving this thread to the Ghost forum.
Open the slf and look at it. Make sure that it notes the corect product. You could post a copy here but put XXXXXXXXX in the license number so no one steals your license. If it is truely corrupted you will need to contact Symantec and get a new copy.

I had the license burned to a Cd and everything worked fine.
