Licensing issue

This issue has been solved. See solution.

Today i tried adding a licence purchased for the App center " symantec App center 4.0 Enterprise edition Hosted". But no idea i started recieving an error message stating " LICENCE ADDING ERROR- Server returned error: The last name field cannot contain numbers. Has anyone gone through a similar issue and also could anyone please suggest a go around this issue and setting up the licence.

Hello Anoop,

In your App Center console, access: Account > Primary Contact. Does the username contain any special characters or numbers? This account's First Name and Last Name fields must contain only standard ASCII/English non-numeric characters (the Username may contain numbers).

Locate this account under Users, edit it to remove any special characters or numbers from the first and last name fields, then save. Try to apply the license again, and let me know whether or not it succeeds.
