Licensing model for VIP third party integrations

How are the third party integration "demo apps" licensed? Im talking about the IIS7, OWA, credential provider, etc... Are they free to use as-is with the VIP back-end web service?
Also, is source code available for any of them?

The third-party integrations for Symantec VIP can be freely used with a valid VIP service subscription. Source code is not available.
