We have entr symantec which was originally subscribed for standard three years. Now on nov it has expired. hopefully after some days of grace period, the mail security for exchange start generating thousands of notifications and send to the admins. we are busy with our administrative procedures to renew it, but in mean time i am looking for any workaround to stop the notifications till we renew it.
the message appears as follow:
Virus definition and content license for Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange on server OUREXSERVER is not installed, has expired or is damaged.
If you have purchased a new license and have not installed it, please goto: https://licensing.symantec.com
If you do not have a license or wish to renew your expired license then please contact your sales rep or visit : http://nct.symantecstore.com/0060/value_program.html
If you have a valid installed license and are still getting this email message, your license may have been damaged or corrupted. Please contact customer support to resolve this issue.
