Have a D2D2T solution using Symantec Backup Exec 2010 R3 on Windows Server 2003 backing up 9 Windows servers with 9 agents all setup and working properly.
License information has been entered but still receive Alert Popups telling me the trial period for Windows agents is about to expire.
Under license Information 'Remote Agent for windows systems' is listed as 'licensed - yes', 'installed - yes' and 'trial - N/A'.
Phoned licensing support and spent 40mins and the problem still has not been resolved. Why is the alert appearing? Could anyone help?
