  • 1.  limit for size of folder to be encrypted using symantec PGP

    hello all,

     

    Is there any limitation for the size of folder to be encrypted using netshare symantec PGP? 

    i tried to encrypt a folder that contain files with size 160 GB but it gives error when i refresh folder status or add user to the folder.

    What version of PGP Desktop are you using? There should be no problem encrypting a folder of that size. I know there are some issue of reporting size correctly in windows on folders that large. If you can give me the version I will look for known issues with Netshare in that version. It could also be an issue with a corrupt file in that directory that it is not allowing you to re-encrypt or get folder status. What is the error that you are receiving?
