This issue has been solved. See solution.

Currently installing and configuring Discovery Accelerator, but still awaiting on license file being made available by Symantec.

How far can we get with setting up cases in the meantime?

It seems that archive synchronisation isn't working as yet.

Admin and Customer databases are in place. Custodians and Target are ready.

Doesn't help that Symantec knowledgebase is down this morning.

Thanks

You really can't get anywhere without a license.  I can send you a temp key good until Nov 30th if that will help.  just message me your email.

If you still have not received your key talk with your account rep who can provide you with a temp key but normally once the purchase has been received and processed keys are issued

Have you checked if your key is on the licensing portal? It is often posted there once the purchase has been processed
