the limited accounts can not login
Updated: 21 Sep 2010 | 6 comments
HI all
some of limited accounts example "fhfc" can not login to SEPM, the console give a error that is "Authentication failure Please try again"
one of limited account has been already login the SEPM Console on last time.
i do a New Search from SQL Database by Select * From ADMINUSER, don't have to see the limited account "fhfc" in USER_NAME. if i reset the account password, the limited account can login successful and the "fhfc" in USER_NAME list can been detected.
but, I'm sure the password is right.
whether the limited accounts are too more because it has about 40 limited accounts

in SEPM have you created any domain?
admin -servers -domains ---------> do you see any domain here other than default if so then you need to mention this domain name during the SEPM log on
user:fdc
pass:xxxxxxxxxxxx
domain:somedomain.
