link SDM incidents to IM incidents

    We have imported all the Altiris Help Desk tickets into Service Desk and would like to be able to link those old tickets to new incidents.  However when I go to Attach Process the search does not return any of the SDM tickets.  I'm not sure if this is a limitation of the system or if we have made a modification somewhere that removed that option.

    So, should I be able to link these tickets or did we break it?
