I'm performing Live update on the CCS ESM console

When I select the first option it updates pefectly in contrary of the second which is VA module.

Kindly asking to clarify these questions:

-What is "VA"?

-What kind of license do I have to insert to make the downloading possible?

-After ESM Content Update done, could these changes go to the ESM server? How can I check it?

- After downloading all updates I found in Log file this line:
-> Successfully deleted the file C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\LiveUpdate\Downloads\1258734782jtun_enesm_iis_5_and_6_securityessentials.x86.full.zip from the cache.

But some files left. Is it a kind of error? If no, and I want to update all consoles do I have to download this stuff again?
