Check the log.live update file. Do you have enough space on C?

    Try it

The Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager does not update virus definitions successfully through LiveUpdate

    Hi,

When you run LiveUpdate manually with LUALL.exe command, what exactly happen ?

Is your SEPM able to connect to LiveUpdate servers and download the contents or not ?

Depending if it's connection/download issue or post process into the SEPM Database, we need to gather the Log.LiveUpdate if it's simply connection/download issue.

If it's a post process issue after the downloads of the contents have been successufully done then Sesm-Lu-0.log is needed to point out the root cause.

SemsLu log is located by default on %\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\logs\

    Kind regards,

    A. Wesker
