live update administration fails every time I check for new updates

I have a setup of endpoint protection version:11.0.1000.1375 and am also trying to use  live update administrator version 2.1.0.77
 
I have configured everything for the two to work together and for most of it it does! its just that every time I run my download schedule it gets to around 98% and fails. In the event log it states the following four entries
 
1) Download request started by administrator has failed
2) Download job from source server symantec liveupdate has failed there where 2 updates that failed to download
3) Failed to download file 1200986297jtun_emt64nav2k8en80119036.m25 while processing request id 22
4) Failed to download file 1200986297jtun_emt64nav2k8en80119036.m25 while processing request id 22
 
 
any ideas from anyone would be greatly appreciated

This sounds like an issue that we fixed in 2.1.3 released this week, which you can update to via the LiveUpdate link in the upper right hand side of the console, or alternatively download the build from http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/home_homeoffice/products/lu/lu/files.html

 

We've made a change where we assigned a maximum heap size of 512MB to the tomcat server process.
