Which is the version of Java you are using? 

LU version is 2.2.2.9 and Jave version is 6 and update 6

Problem is with your LUA or SEPM?

i dont know exactlly where is the problem..........

Go to mange updates in LUA and fin out whether it is having latest update or note?
One more question
What is the date of virus definition you are having in your SEPM? 
Also try by configuring one client to download updates from LUA and see what is date of updates it is getting?

In SEPM go to admin---->severs--->local site--->show liveupdate downloads and see the definition date.. 

Aravind actually , this issue is two 3 week old issue , we update our sepm manually,,,,,,,

its update is 16 that is manually updated

 Assure that you are able to access the LUA from SEPM.In browser of SEPM give the url of LUA and assure that it is accessible.

In SEPM Reinstall liveupdate,use the lucatalog -update command

RU5 is supported by symantec liveupdate 3.5.0.64

 Use liveupdate 3.3.This is the only supported in enterprise versions..

    People are right to ask you to check what Lu version is on the SEPM (it should be 3.3)

But your problem is most likely with the LUA catalog :

If you are installing both SEPM and LUA for the testing purpose it is ok.In production environment it is not recommendable.

How can i check Either LUA is updated or not

In LUA under mange updates---->show all updates---->SESM viris definition win 32 v11 v2 are you able to see latest  defs?

What is the download date?
  In event log (LUA)any error?

Look at above content and check either it is updated or not

It is updated.Assure that while running your distribution schedules it is running successfully.
