I've downloaded SEMP 12.1.2 but how or where do I go to get LUA.

Have you downloaded "Part 2 - Tools" yet? If so, the latest LUA 2.3.2 in in:
Tools\LiveUpdate\LUAESD.exe

Thanks Michael that's did it, it's hard to understand all the wording for what to download it's not the most user friendly. but with "part 2 - Tools" I saw that one and found it thanks.
