Live Update Error

This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hi,

My live update definition in my SEPM is showing June2..when i checked the logs..there is no error found..Now my client definitions are out of date for 3 days..

kindly help

Ima using SEPM 12.1 RU1

do you mean log.liveupdate?

it might be that definition on SEPM are corrupted. follow this link and let know if it helps?

also try this

For Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1, follow the steps below:

Open a command window, then browse to:
C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\bin

Type lucatalog -cleanup and press Enter.
Type lucatalog -forcedupdate and press Enter.
Run LiveUpdate to verify that there are no errors.

When i tried to download the liveupdate manually iam getting the message as another session is running..but when i clicked the show live update status it is showing next live update time is june 4 but june 4 already gone..

i think some schedule issue
