I am trying to determine why the live update does not see certain user when i run the client remote install. I am not sure if they were on an old server that is not longer up and running and have not been migrated over or what. Please help me find the cause of this issue

Are you configured to go to an internal LiveUpdate server?

On the machine that cannot get udpates, you can look in the log.liveupdate and look for the server URL that LiveUpdate is looking to connect to
