  • 1.  Live update is not happening in my Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0.3 Manager

    I need a solution Live update is not happening in my Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0.3 Manager from 01-01-2012. Live Update showing error message "Error: LiveUpdate encountered one or more errors. Return code = 4".

    The first thing that I will recommend is to upgrade off that very old version. MR3 came out in September 2008, and there have been thousands of fixes since then.

    The latest version available is RU7 MP1 (11.0.7101.1056)  released  October 2011.

    Log into your Fileconnect account with a valid serial number to get the latest build.

    Agree with Thomas. If the migration doesn't solve the problem, please upload the Log.LiveUpdate from the server.
