  • 1.  Live update NOT pushing down the latest relase

OK So I upgraded SEPM on my server to 11.0.4014.26, that went surprisingly well.  I did the steps outlined to force an upgrade on the client machines using both the admin/install packages/upgrade groups with package as well as policies/live update/advanced settings.  They are set according to the install guide instructions.  When I manually run live update on a machine that is in the group I told to upgrade, it goes thru real fast and nothing ...  I can see that computer in the managment console.  I know it's communicating to the server correctly, if I make a policy change and update the policy from the comptuer, those changes are these.  I can manually run the upgrade package and it works on the one I tested but I don't want to have to visit each computer.  Right now there are just under 300 comptuers in 3 locations.  Can anyone offer any insight??

    hi,
check for the definition on the server (SEPM), and verify if it is the same as that on the client.

If the server has the latest definition and client is not updating, then you may need to look into log.liveupdate on the client machine to check the issue.

    Pete!
