Live update stalled and running silently, how do you reset this to enable live update to run successfully?
I ran the live update from the server, this failed and the live update session aparently is still running silently. I cannot (do not know how to) reset this to enable a full update and have exhausted all options. The update has been running silently for 3 days and not too sure how to proceed as this has now filtered through to the computers on the network and the endpoint protection is displaying errors on the individual computers on the network.
Sorry for the silly question but cannot find anything on this issue.
