If SEP 11.x, it went end of life and you will no longer receive updates. You'll need to move to 12.1 now.

i using 12.1..... what u mean enough space on C:?

Does the SEPM have enough free space on the C: drive to download and store definitions? It did not run out, correct?

How much disk space available in SEPM ?

Try reinsttall SEPM live update

Reinstall LiveUpdate for Endpoint Protection Manager 12.1
