Yes, the best way is to Uninstall the previous LUA and Install the Latest LUA 2.3.1

LUA is free to all customers with a valid, current contract.  It is also good for more than SEP: it has the ability to download and distribute updates for many Enterprise products.  Just call Technical Support and they will be able to provide you with a copy.
