"Thumbs Up" to Ashish's post above, an error or a screen shot of the issue would be very useful here, as it's usually just as simple as going to the URL:
http://<IP_address_or_hostname_of_LUA>:7070/lua
http://www.cstl.com/
Hello,
Are you not able to Login to the SEPM java webconsole OR Liveupdate Administrator?
A bit confused as the Heading states about Liveupdate Administrator and the Query is in reference to SEPM webconsole and so are the logs provided in reference to the SEPM.
Incase of Liveupdate Administrator, Could you provide us a Screenshot showing the error message receiving?
Incase of SEPM web console, check these Articles:

Hope that helps!!

Ouch ! Memory leaks happens with your Live Update Administrator.
I hope you didn't install a SEPM and a LUA on the same machine. It's not supported at all as both of product have to handle plenty of downloads, process and requests which could knock out easily any decent server. It's even not supported when installed on 2 different VM where it's the same hostmqchine which handles the VMs.
Reminder about that (LUA and SEPM on same server not supported) => http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?pag...
At the same occasion, the best practices regarding LUA => http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?pag...

If you're using a VM with your LUA, you should allow a plenty of memory for it as it's not an economic ressources consumption product as the articles clearly mentions it.
Indeed, LUA is not necessary 90% of the time so clarify your site architecture and what you would like to do and we could provide some recommendations in consequence.
Kind Regards,
A. Wesker
Hi BucaDH,
I'd get in touch with Tech Support for assistance with this. Those LUA logs provide a piece of the puzzle, but it is likely that professional analysis of additional info will be necessary.
The root of the problem usualy does lie in a conflict with other software that is already installed on that server or a necessary redsource that is unavailable (ports, JVM, etc)
Hope this helps!
With thanks and best regards,
Mick
I could get this error only. How can I track more?

I see it is more complicated than I met. Thanks.
Hi BucaDH,
I really recommend getting in touch with Tech Support. The engineers can help you collect materials form the LUA server itself.
All the best,
Mick
