Endpoint Protection

Good

I am using LiveUpdate Administrator, in my environment and I have installed SEP 12, SEP 11 and Mail Securiy for Exchange 64 bits, when I try to update my product catalog, tells me that "There are no available updates to the Symantec Product Catalog".

And I need to download the definitions SEP 12 and Mail security for Exchange, for 64 bits

Did you press the "Add new products" button?

Then you just have to select, for example, "Symantec Endpoint Protection" and choose SEP 12.1. If the product catalog cannot be updated, it just means it's up to date.

Please do the following and mark as solution if it works

In the LUA 2.x interface, select Configure, Distribution Centers, and select the chosen DC. Click "Edit," and add the desired product to the Product List.

"Component Coverage" will then have a green check mark, and manual or scheduled distribution jobs will thereafter succeed.
