Endpoint Protection

Using v 2.2.2.9, I had a download job hang. I tried to cancel the job and now the job is stuck in "cancelling" status. How do I get it to die so that the job will run at the next scheduled time?

Log off from LUA then

Restart both the  LUA service.

LUA Apache Tomcat and LUA PostgreSQL

Try the following steps

1.) Stop following services:
-          LUA PostgreSQL
-          LUA Apache Tomcat
2.) Then restart them
3.) Log in to the LUA
4.) Go to "Download and Distribute"
5.) Selected the "Download Schedule" which was cancelled by you.
6.) Delete selected Schedule
7.) Recreate Schedule
8.) Start new download Schedule

The old download task will stay in 'Recent Download and Distribute Activity window" on main page, but will be not active anymore.
