Updates are failing today 11-19-13 on the SEPM server (2008 R2) and on clients.  Is anyone else having this issue?  I have tried waiting about an hour but there has been no change

What's the revision of the revocation data that's failing?

Can you check the log.liveupdate file for errors? You can also check the Log.Lue file

    Hello,

Could you try running a Repair of SEPM and then update the SEPM with .jdb file?

How to update definitions for Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) using a .jdb file

    http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH102607

Secondly, check these Threads with similar query -

    https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/cannot-download-revocation-data

    Hope that helps!!

I would give it some more time. I've seen this happen before when it cannot compress the data for whatever reason. Are you running manually or this the automatic schedule?

I ran it manually.  I waited about an hour already but I will wait a few more hours to see if it resolves itself.

    Thanks

Could be something going on on the Symantec end. I would give it some time. My last download for revocation data was at 3:30am today

We are having the exact same problem as of today on a client's workstation, runing Win 7 Professional SP1.

The same thing is happening when running Live Update on one of the client servers, running Server 2008 R2 Standard.

    Below is the error chain:
