I have SBS2003 SP2 with Backup Exec 11d 7170 sp3 . Updates worked fine till hot fix 59. since then no updates will install. i.e. hot fix 62 63 64 & 65.
Updates download ok then decompress ok but then fail to install.

I have read several other posts but no solutions that solve my issue. This has been going on for several months now and I need to get it fixed?
Has anyone found a solution for this yet!!

Help Please!!!!!!!

Fixed!

Tried to install SP4 - it failed.
Rebooted server and SP$ installed.
Hot fixes now installing with Liveupdate.
Why did Symantec not inform me that SP4 was required!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for your help.
